When you use Resolvo, we collect the following information:
- Account information: Email address, name, and profile picture when you sign up.
- Workflow descriptions: The text or voice descriptions you submit for analysis.
- Usage data: How you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
- Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Coin balance & transactions: Your virtual currency balance, purchase history, and usage records.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze your workflows and generate optimization proposals.
- To build and deliver solutions you purchase.
- To communicate with you about your account and orders.
- To improve our AI models and service quality.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, encrypted connections, and regular security reviews.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Resolvo:
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis and solution generation.
- Resend: Transactional emails.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data at any time.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings).
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, analyses, and solutions are permanently removed within 30 days.
