1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Resolvo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Resolvo is an AI-powered workflow optimization platform. We analyze your work descriptions, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver ready-to-use solutions including automations, scripts, and templates.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Solution prices are displayed before purchase and vary by category and complexity.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
- Your first workflow analysis is free. You only pay when ordering solutions.
5. Coins & Virtual Currency
- Resolvo uses a virtual currency called "Coins" (1 Coin = 1 USD). Coins are purchased via Stripe and used to pay for solutions.
- Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Unused Coins do not expire and remain in your account as long as it is active.
- Bonus Coins (e.g., signup bonuses, promotional packs) are granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to revoke bonus Coins in cases of abuse or fraud.
- Upon account deletion, any remaining Coin balance is forfeited.
6. Solution Delivery
- Solutions are generated by AI and delivered digitally through the platform.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity.
- All solutions are provided "as is" upon delivery. We strive for quality but do not guarantee that every solution will meet your expectations.
- If you believe a solution is fundamentally defective, you may contact support for review on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
- Solutions delivered to you are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.
- You retain ownership of all workflow descriptions and data you submit.
- The Resolvo platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms.
- Submit malicious content or attempt to exploit the platform.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
Resolvo provides solutions on an "as is" basis. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered solutions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific solution in question.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
